Eat Big to Get Big
It is almost 2 years I started working out. Even though I am not regular, I go gym minimum 4 days a week. But in that two years of period, there has been 1-month gap may be 3 or 4 times due to illness and other personal reasons.
According to my understanding, I am active in the gym and I do my workout properly. I hit my muscle group once a week sometimes 2 times. I eat 4 meals per day normally. I sleep nearly 7 hours every day. But I didn't see any major transformation in these two years. Why?
I realized, that is Because of food. I didn't eat big enough to become big. Food is the matter. Nutrition is the matter. I did not consider about the food deeply. That is the major reason. If you want to become big, you have to eat big. No matter whatever, You have to eat eat eat, You always need to fuel your muscle.
You do workout one hour at the gym to break the muscle. the rest of the time
what you have to do, you have to supply nutritional food specially Protein, to repair the broken muscle
and give enough rest. That is the key.
If you do not follow that way, you will be the same like other guys. Don't do what every one doing. You have to be different. you have to make a dream, that one day I will make my dream body.
Don't waste your time. Today is the day. Start, make a plan, be consistent. you will be success.
